Join a team where leadership meets impact. We’re looking for a results-driven Division Manager to oversee our Omaha Transfer Station operations. If you're a seasoned leader in the waste industry who knows how to keep things moving efficiently and safely—this role is for you.

Why This Role Matters

As Division Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing daily operations, maintaining equipment and site compliance, and leading a high-performing team of operators, contractors, and laborers. You’ll serve as the critical link between the field and upper management—ensuring safety, productivity, and top-notch service delivery.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Lead & Supervise: Manage Transfer Station operators, contractors, and laborers—assigning schedules, directing daily tasks, and ensuring optimal performance.

• Operational Oversight: Monitor site cleanliness, trailer flow, heavy equipment operations, and safety compliance—keeping everything running like clockwork.

• Communication & Reporting: Maintain strong communication with the General Manager and ensure accurate, timely submission of all required reports and documentation.

• Maintenance Management: Plan and oversee equipment maintenance schedules and minor repairs (hydraulics, hoses, cylinders).

• Safety First: Conduct regular safety meetings, investigate incidents, and enforce company safety policies.

• Hands-On Leadership: Be ready to fill in during absences and respond to after-hours calls as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid knowledge of diesel equipment operations and light mechanical maintenance (hydraulics, cylinders, hoses, etc.)

• Previous experience managing teams and operations within the waste, recycling, or transfer station environment.

• Ability to lead from the front while collaborating across multiple levels of the organization.

• Physically able to lift 75 lbs and work around heavy equipment.

• Heavy equipment experience strongly preferred.
