As Division Manager, you won’t just run day-to-day operations — you’ll lead a team, shape strategy, and drive performance across the division. π¦ Oversee daily operations, logistics, and service delivery across all division sites
π‘ Develop and implement strategies to meet financial, operational, and customer service goals
π° Manage division budgets and drive cost-effective solutions
π· Ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency are top priorities
π Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
π€ Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners
π± Lead and mentor site managers, supervisors, and frontline staff
π Solve operational challenges with confidence and creativity
π Conduct regular site visits to drive accountability, engagement, and excellence
Proven leadership skills — you know how to build, coach, and motivate teams
A solid background in operations management (preferably 7–10+ years)
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance metrics
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations or logistics software
Bonus if you’ve worked in waste management, logistics, environmental services, or related industries
A commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Bachelor’s in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field (required)
7–10 years of progressive operations experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
