✅ What You Bring to the Table

• Proven leadership skills — you know how to build, coach, and motivate teams

• A solid background in operations management (preferably 7–10+ years)

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations or logistics software

• Bonus if you’ve worked in waste management, logistics, environmental services, or related industries

• A commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction

🎓 Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field (required)

• 7–10 years of progressive operations experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
