Join Our Team as a Lead Technician!

We’re looking for a highly skilled Lead Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on company-owned trailers, on- and off-road tractors, and heavy equipment (Yellow Iron). If you have a strong mechanical background and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

✅ Diagnose and repair brake systems, including ABS and wheel-end components
✅ Troubleshoot and fix electrical, lighting, suspension, and frame/body components
✅ Service A/C and heating systems, engines, transmissions, drivelines, differentials, and hydraulic/PTO systems
✅ Use manufacturer software to diagnose and resolve electronic faults in engines, transmissions, brakes (ABS), and after treatment/SCR systems
✅ Perform preventive maintenance inspections following company standards
✅ Ensure compliance with Safety, OSHA, and local, state, and federal regulations
✅ Manage administrative tasks, including work scheduling, parts sourcing, and coordination with fleet specialists
✅ Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

🔹 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a technician
🔹 Strong expertise in trailer systems, including brakes, suspension, and electrical components
🔹 Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently
🔹 Welding and fabrication experience
🔹 Valid driver’s license
🔹 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
🔹 Physical ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
