🔍 What You’ll Do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair heavy equipment including wheel loaders, excavators, forklifts, and bulldozers
• Diagnose issues across hydraulic, engine, transmission, brake, and electrical systems
• Use advanced manufacturer diagnostic software to troubleshoot and resolve problems
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all equipment meets safety standards
• Maintain required certifications (brake inspections, annual inspections, A/C systems)
• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
• Manage work orders, maintenance software, parts sourcing, and repair scheduling
• Coordinate purchase orders (POs) with regional fleet teams

🛠 What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician
• Strong expertise in hydraulics, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work (standing, bending, kneeling)
